I feel the need to point out that English is a second language to me and while my skill with it IMO quite good, I sometimes fail at conveying exactly what I mean.
As for musicians and actresses being models, it's not referring to what they are in life, but what they are in the picture (or video clip, but whatever). For example Katy Perry may be a singer, but she's the model in this picture. A more descriptive word might be "subject", but like "person" it may be a bit too impersonal.
Pseudonyms shouldn't matter, they should both be categorized as model tags. I.E. Sandra Otterson should have both the tags "sandra_otterson" and "wifey", since while her real name may be Sandra, she is far more known as "Wifey".
"Model" will be just fine, now just to convert the name tags to that type and have them stay that way.
EDIT: Two small things that need addressing: First, when you click the "edit button in the tag list you got to the page where you can edit the type, after changing the type and committing the edit by pressing save the option in the dropdown goes back to the first option, "copyright".
Before "model" (needs to start with an upper case "M" in there, btw) was added it stayed as whatever you had decided to edit the tag to, and that was quite convenient, because you could keep the tab open and just paste the tag you wanted to recategorize into the "Name" field and press save, saving a lot of tedium.
Second, the text in that dropdown menu is too light, and can barely be read.
You write excellent English, no worries.
I don't recommend doing separate tags for pseudonyms and real names however at all. You're much better off doing something like "wifey_(sandra_otterson)" with the first name being what the model is more well known as, in the event of generic porn star names having names that overlap each other. Multiple pseudonyms for individuals will certainly cause confusion too. Having it this way instead would function much better plus the user will get a two-in-one by seeing their real name there too as they're typing, they should have tag suggestions on. This is how it is generally on Rule34 and there's no particular reason why it wouldn't work here. Most "models" won't even require it to be honest.
I'm probably going to discontinue the conversation soon as we're not really talking about broken things and bugs now except the part you wrote at the end which I agree with. "Model" has been decided. We should consider starting up a general tag discussions thread too.
