So, for folks wondering...
Natalie Mars is the one on the bottom, and she's trans.
Brandi is the muscle top, and she's female. She's using a strapless strap-on that inserts into the vagina (and perhaps anus), so you have to clamp down with your pc muscles to hold it in place.
